Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bizora jewellery. If something is not right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
The item is unworn, undamaged and in its original condition.
Original packaging and any included cards or pouches are returned with the piece.
Proof of order, such as your order number, is provided.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can be returned only if their seal is unopened.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

2Share your order number and let us know whether you would like a return or an exchange.
3Our team will confirm your request and guide you on how to send the item back.
4Once we receive and inspect the piece, we will process your refund or dispatch the exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved refunds are issued once the returned item passes inspection, using a method agreed with you at the time.

For exchanges, we send out the replacement piece as soon as your return is confirmed, subject to availability. If your chosen item is unavailable, we will arrange a refund instead.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our side such as a wrong or faulty item we cover the return shipping.

For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. Original delivery charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
